Transnational Corporations: The Environmental Governance Gap

FIELD is pleased to introduce its new briefing paper entitled “Transnational Corporations: The Environmental Governance Gap”.  When domestic environmental regulation of transnational corporations is weak, the environment faces an increased threat of harm.  This paper provides an accessible overview of the international instruments that apply to transnational corporations and that attempt to fill this governance gap.
