Access to Justice in Environmental Issues

FIELD lawyers have advised NGOs, Government institutions and civil servants on greater openness and access to environmental information, especially important in a country as rich as Uganda is in natural resources. FIELD lawyers advised how to develop subsidiary legislation and briefed campaigners and journalists for greater awareness.
